  • We can help you and your tenants use less energy and stay comfortable all year long. As part of our no-cost home energy program, you’ll work with an Energy Specialist to discover energy-saving opportunities around your home. You may qualify for:

    • No-cost air sealing to keep the warm or cool air inside your home or property.
    • 75%-100% off the cost of approved insulation improvements to help maintain a comfortable temperature in your home.
      • For a limited time, landlords may receive an instant incentive of 100% off insulation upgrades for your rental property, plus up to $7,000 to address barriers to insulation.**
    • Up to $25,000 in rebates for efficient heating, cooling and water heating equipment upgrades.
      • Customers who meet household income guidelines may be eligible for up to 100% off insulation, plus additional offers, through the Income Eligible and Enhanced Residential programs.
    • You may also apply for 0% HEAT Loan financing for certain eligible upgrades.

    Customers must live in a 1- to 4- unit home. Eligibility for some rebates/incentives is based on findings from the Home Energy Assessment. Some restrictions apply and offers are subject to change or cancellation.

    **Offer valid for renter-occupied units in buildings with 2-4 units only.
    Single-family rentals and owner-occupied units do not qualify.

    Depending on your household income, you may be eligible for even greater incentives. That includes 100% off insulation plus additional offers for addressing barriers to weatherization and heating, cooling and water heating equipment. For example, a household of 4 making around $116,000 qualifies for 100% off insulation, no-cost air sealing, up to $7,000 to address things like knob and tube wiring, and $16,000 for a new air source heat pump. Customers on the discount rate qualify for even more.
